  Refund Policy

  30+ Days Before the Event
  If you cancel 30 or more days prior to the event, you may choose one of the following options:

  • Receive a full credit on your account to be applied toward future events or membership renewals, OR
  • Receive a 90% refund of your registration fee.
    Refunds will be issued by check to your company only. No checks will be issued to individuals.

  Within 30 Days of the Event
  Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are not eligible for refunds or credits due to commitments made to the venue.
  However, your registration may be transferred to another person within your organization.

  30+ days prior to the event you have the option to receive a full credit to your account which can be used towards future events or membership renewal OR receive a refund for 90% of your registration fee. Refunds will be issued by check back to your company.  No checks will be issued to individuals.

  Within 30 days of the event, no refunds will be issued for any reason. Your registration fee can be directed towards another person; however, no refunds or credits will be issued due to commitments made to the venue.
